Design, innovation of key technologies, industrialization and application demonstration of high-voltage power supply products for electron microscopes with completely independent intellectual property rights.
The project plans to carry out related work around the design, development, engineering, industrialization and application demonstration of digital low-ripple high-stability high-voltage power supplies, and the main research content is divided into the following four topics for research: (a) The stability and low-voltage power supply system of high-voltage power supply Ripple noise suppression method research; (b) digital low ripple high stability high voltage power supply prototype development; (c) digital low ripple high stability high voltage power supply engineering and industrialization; (d) digital low ripple high stability high voltage power supply demonstration application.

A high-yield industrialization demonstration production line with a set of capabilities, realizing the demonstration application and market promotion of Class 2 instruments, and promoting the technological upgrading and localization process of large-scale scientific instruments in my country. He plans to apply for 13 patents, 7 soft works, 3 corporate standards, and 4 academic papers.
